PROJECT DETAILS:
840 Brannan's redevelopment completes the campus setting which began with the renovation of 945 Bryant. Designed by T. Olle Lundberg of the award winning firm, Lundberg Design, the renovated project utilizes the existing structure's special features such as “turn of the century” ship's masts used as columns, brick walls and wood frame superstructure all within a new class-A office building.

The project includes approximately 46,000 rentable square feet on three floors. The second floor features 20+ foot tall open truss ceiling while all three floors are enhanced with a glass wall system that provides an abundance of natural light and city views from the third floor. 840 Brannan's “M” zoning, its wide open floor plates and 81 stall parking lot enable it to serve a variety of retail, office and showroom uses.

The ground and second floors are leased to REI as their San Francisco flagship store. The project’s strategic showplace square location is being enhanced as the neighborhood evolves in the city's big box retail corridor.
