Columbia Square represents ±14,944 square feet of land improved with two existing buildings commonly known as 39-57 Columbia Square. 57 Columbia Square is a 9,945 square foot, single story, concrete industrial building, that was previously utilized as a wood cabinet shop; the building was renovated and expanded to include a ±5,000 square foot mezzanine. 39 Columbia Square is a 4,445 square foot concrete block industrial building, which was renovated to accomodate a variety of light industrial and technology uses. The property was sold in August of 2002 to a user.

The improvements consist of ±17,000 square feet of rentable area on two floors and parking for 7 cars. The renovation included the addition of a 5,000 square foot mezzanine, and the installation of an elevator, new common areas (including bathrooms), new windows and two new store fronts, new HVAC systems, reappointed exterior and seismic upgrade. The building offers an attractive wood joist open ceiling with an abundant window line within the heart of the Multimedia Gulch.
