Managing Director: 39 years direct experience in the acquisition, development, asset management, financing and disposition of various office, industrial, retail and residential projects throughout the western U.S. Mr. Sternberg oversees the financing and asset management of UPC’s portfolio and is actively involved in the construction management of specific projects. Previously responsible for the investment and asset management activities for domestic and international pension fund clients including California State Teachers’ Retirement System, AT&T Pension Fund and the State of Kuwait. Portfolio values were in excess of $700 million and included office, retail and mart facilities. |
